These Terms of Use govern your access to the iCan Financial website and your purchase and use of our lead products. By using this site, placing an order, or submitting the contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

iCan Financial sells digital and direct-mail insurance lead data and live-transfer calls to licensed insurance agents and agencies — including Final Expense, FEX, Medicare, ACA and related products. We own and operate our lead-generation funnels and do not resell exclusive (Sold Once) leads.

Our products are sold for business use by licensed insurance professionals. By ordering, you represent that you hold the licenses and appointments required to sell in your states and that you are purchasing for your own bona fide sales activity.

You are responsible for how you contact and sell to the prospects in our data. This includes compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do-Not-Call rules, calling-hour limits, carrier and regulatory marketing rules, and the accuracy of any claims you make. Prices, tiers, and minimum order quantities shown on the site may change and are confirmed at the time of order. Some products are custom-quoted. You agree to pay the amounts presented for the orders you place. Live-transfer calls are billed per connected call past the stated buffer.

“Sold Once” means sold once: an exclusive lead you purchase in your territory is not rotated to another agent. You may use the data you purchase for your own outreach and may not resell, redistribute, or republish it.

Data-quality issues are handled under our Refund & Credit Policy, which provides automatic credits for disconnected, wrong-number, or duplicate leads reported within 7 days. Credits cover data defects, not sales outcomes.

We provide lead data and connections — not sales. We do not guarantee any contact rate, appointment, issued policy, commission, or return on investment. Figures shown on the site (including calculator estimates and agent reviews) are illustrative and depend on your own effort, market, and skill. Data is provided “as is.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCan Financial is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or lost profits, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
